For this project, I was handed a scenario and tasked with designing a digital interface that could work within an ecosystem of two devices. The scenario was “a group our friends meeting at a specified location”. This led me to design a Run Club app that aids runners in meeting up and coordinating group runs. The Startline app is for beginner runners at the start line of their running journeys, to advanced runners at the start line of their next race.

The Startline app is a hub for all social runners alike wherever your start line is. Designed within the ecosystem was a mobile app and an Apple watch interface that could be used paired. Features of the apps include community runclub pages, times and tracked runs, group chats, and location sharing. Startline is a solution to make running socially more accessible.
